Profile Description

Working as a Call Center Agent and as a Virtual Assistant helped me a lot, especially dealing with people. My communication skills was tested, both verbal and written, since I handled voice and email accounts. As a Customer Service Representative (inbound/voice), I was able to answer queries regarding auto insurance, rechargeable phone cards, credit cards and create travel itineraries and send emails to the customers for their itinerary schedules. Also, was an outbound Collection Specialist for credit cards. Hard-working and self-motivated real estate virtual assistant with 8 years experience in website content administration, record-keeping, and various personal assistance tasks.
I am flexible and can work well with minimal supervision. Also, I am keen to details to make sure I've done the task given to me correctly.
