I have worked as a Service Desk in IT and doing some administrative tasks. I am also proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and so as knowledge on Internet and computers and sorts of applications. Was taking some calls and managing e-mails such as answering queries and providing answers to clients in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I am an effective problem solver with my employers from before. I value to learn more as professional and communicate to effectively understand complete tasks and project.
