Profile Description

Most of my experience covers BPO industries such as customer service, financial support specialist, and technical support. I handled inbound phone calls to help assist customers' queries, and walk them through the information they need and actions needed to take to help them resolve the problem. Right now I am a lead generation specialist for Independent Software Vendor companies and general Upgrade to see actual info mainly focuses on speaking directly with decision-makers for the company. The main goal is to gather information about the company's need for analytics and an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) partnership. Also, I am responsible for making a database for these clients with complete information. Such as the company's general information (address, website, annual turnover, number of employees, and contact person per company). In addition to this, I am doing outreach using LinkedIn which we called social selling. My tasks are to profile, send use cases, and generate an appointment for our clients.
