I worked as a data encoder at Global Contact Services International for three (3) months and have been a top performing agent. I know how to operate Microsoft Office particularly MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and I can say that I'm really proficient in using/browsing the Internet. As for my computer skills, I am really an expert with my keyboard skills having a typing speed of 68 words per minute and an accuracy of 100%. Dealing with work does not put me under pressure and I can really handle my work easily. I can also adapt to my environment when dealing with a new work to be assigned or designated. I can learn quickly to all things that are new to me and I love learning new knowledge & skills that will help me improve and can make me a better & professional person.
