Being the trainer in a call center, I have conducted training for both for customer service skills and product knowledge. I have also done extensive research for our clients since it is my responsibility to come up with the training materials needed. I work together with Operations in making sure that the agents are knowledgeable not only about the product, but in call handling as well. I am visible in the floor to support agents whenever they have questions or issues that are confusing. I also have great experience in dealing with all kinds of customers since I had been a technical support representative for 2 years prior to being a trainer. I can assure you that I give out quality work because I always take pride in the work that I do. I only need minimum supervision since I can manage doing the work on my own and usually I find solutions to whatever problem or difficulties I encounter. I am motivated and reliable.
