Profile Description

I worked as a Customer Care Specialist (CCS) at IBM Global Process Services in the Philippines. The account I was assigned to was in lieu with one of the TOP 3 telecommunications company in the United States. The account was so demanding that it boosted my English proficiency and I became an expert in providing excellent customer service. I was trained well in multitasking since I had to deal with different windows and information on the account all in the same time. A case in point, my typing skill is above average. I have a devout love for customer service and I love to help other people especially when it comes to their problems and many other stuff.
Next, when I was in grade school, writing was my passion and I was elected to be the Associate Editor of the school's newspaper. My expertise then was in Feature Writing. Further, in High School, I took Journalism as an Elective and became as one of the contributors in the school paper. I was also a poet and was nominated by my instructor to compose several poems and other literary pieces to be an entry to competitions and press conferences. In College, I pursued my talent in writing and I joined several essay competitions. I have this love for writing and I want to share it with readers.

Onlinejobs.ph "ID Proof" indicates if "they are who they say they are".

It DOES NOT indicate skill level.

ID Proof scores are 0 - 99 with 99 being the best. It is calculated based on dozens of data points.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
