- Prepares handouts / study guides - for both lecturer & students use.
- Provides secretarial support including word processing, typing, composing, and proof-reading.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mails; opens, sorts, prioritizes and distributes correspondence.
- Maintains appointments, confirms meetings with patients/clients.
- Provides help in submission of manuscripts on-line and makes sure that proper technical guidelines are observed prior to submission
- Maintains appointments / interviews, confirms meetings with doctors and staffs / candidates
- Keeps log of CVs of candidates (physician and administrative posts)
- Makes travel arrangements (airline / hotel bookings).
- Maintains complete and accurate files.
- Prepares monthly timesheets, maintains and keeps DTR (daily time record) of staff’s through TAPS (system)
- Assists other staff/ VIPs as requested.
- Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions.
- Participates in educational activities and programs.
- Co-assists with special projects in preparation of the required documents, presentations
- Maintains strictest confidentiality.
- Performs all other tasks/duties assigned within the realm of my knowledge, skills and abilities.
