I have handled Technical Support for the past 4 years. In this field, it doesn't only include professional communication skills; we also need to record as much as we can about the call real-time. Although it is a call center, it helped my developed my typing skills, MS Excel usage, and handling agents. Hoping to find a long-term job, most preferably a regular job.
