Profile Description

I've been working in one of Convergys Call Center for over a year now and other small call center companies previously. I worked in different scopes of support but mainly being part of Customer Care Group
and Technical Support for Internet and Computer Products.
I have wide and excellent knowledge with computer hardwares and did a part time out my hobby by building computers and software troubleshooting and reinstallations. Limited but suffecient navigation through different Operating Systems (MAC OS, XP, Vista, Windows7) and Word Applications.
Above average Writing and Typing Skills with an Excellent Learning Abilility. I am resourceful and able to work with the least supervision.
I am looking for a long term, stable Job and an employer I can help build a business
