I've done a lot of customer interactions, talking to American customers mainly because of my call center experience. I worked for At&t mobility customer service for a year, I give concrete and honest explanations about the issue when it comes to billing, give compensations and resolutions to their phone issues, minor troubleshooting. I am currently working for Directv and a sales Consultant and my task is to make them understand why Directv is the number 1 satellite provider in US and that they basically made a great choice with their purchase. with those interactions with American people I can say i will be an asset to your company because I can speak english well, I navigate computer in a fast paced manner, I type fast and Americans can understand me well. I also worked as a Design Specialist in a Printing Press, I do have basic knowledge in Photoshop, Corel Draw . I do computer layouts and that is where I learned most of my computer skills. This is my first time to apply in an online job and I very excited to learn more about it. I am self directed and fast learner so training will never be a problem because I love to learn new things everyday. above all I am reliable and hard working and I would love to work with you and contribute in your growing company.
