I have worked as a Learning and Development Trainer in one of the leading Call Center companies here in Manila. I have been facilitating classes for new hires so they would be fully equipped with the knowledge and skills they needed when assisting our valued customers. I have personally assisted customers from all walks of life and I am very confident in doing any task given to me with less supervision. I value time that is why I make sure I get things done in a timely manner.
