I worked as a customer service representative for 4 months last year in Convergys - 1 which is located in Ayala, Makati City, Metro Manila. The account that I was in before was OnStar, which is very particular in the correct pronunciation and correct grammar especially when it comes to the names of the vehicles. I was also a writer way back in high school and college. I specifically write news and feature articles. I was also a Photojournalist way back in high school. These skills required me to have a very good grammar and pronunciation.
