I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management. For more than 5 years, I worked for different call centers catering to US-based clients. In 2010, I decided to become a full-time virtual assistant and work from home.
I enjoy problem solving tasks that involves critical thinking and find the best solution fast. I am very keen when it comes to details and I am a quick learner. I can work independently, with minimal supervision and I'm not afraid to ask questions. I value INTEGRITY, QUALITY, EFFICIENCY & HONESTY in everything that I do.
