Profile Description

I have extensive audit experience in reviews of business processes of various industries and have noted several observations that helped improved the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.
I am a CPA and have more than 10 years of working experience with internal and external auditing and completed my Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) last November 2005. I also passed the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) examination on June 9, 2007.
I previously served as the Acting Internal Audit Manager of Thuraya Telecommunications Company and as a Senior Internal Auditor of McDermott International, Inc in Dubai, UAE.
Moreover, as the Internal Audit Manager of Amon Industries Corp., I developed key audit programs, improved our company’s operations manual, policy and procedures, trained new internal auditors, and reinvented key processes of our operations. My department's internal audit activity resulted to value added services to our company (i.e. recommending critical information such as budgeting, product pricing, investment alternatives & feasibility, product selection, profitability, KPIs, etc.).
