I've been a PC user since college and I have one of my own.
And because of this, I was able to learn to troubleshot PC problems.
I can do software installation and basic desktop troubleshooting on Windows OS except NT.
I gained added knowledge when I entered the BPO industry.
I supported Dial up, DSL and Network connectivity issues (e.g. setting up wireless connections).
I am familiar with several applications, including but not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Outlook Express and Web browsers. I am good in oral and written communication, can easily adapt to different settings, industrious, dedicated, hardworking and organized.
I am willing to be trained and can also work under minimal supervision.
