I was once a technical support representative of an account called D-Link in Synnex-Concentrix Corp. Assigned on a shift where there are massive calls coming in because they know i can take significantly large numbers of call in one shift. Troubleshooting routers, wireless adapters, wireless cameras and many more is my job.
I can do work unsupervised. Real accurate details of the job will greatly affect my work speed and substance.
Basing on my previous job, surely I can communicate with my future employer well, and I can also take part on helping make an article more substantial and friendly to it's reader.
Before I started working as a technical support representative, I never had any idea on how to troubleshoot a bad device, good thing there's technical training and i know a lot about computers. Regarding to the job I am seeking, I still need lots of training. I'm quite confident that I can make it through since i learn fast just like how I did with my previous job.
