I've been in the call center industry for almost 3 years. It only goes to show that I have good communication skills and has the ability to build rapport with clients. I also demonstrate outstanding problem solving and active listening skills. I make sure that I lead by example and and establish a professional environment based
on respect. Despite the high level of stress in a call center environment, I make it a point that I deliver a high quality and quantity of work.
Being a B.S. Medical Technology graduate I can also say that I have knowledge about the medical field most specially when it comes to laboratory tests and results.
Aside from my work experience I am a wide reader and am most particular with the grammar and spelling of the articles that I read.
