I have worked with SPI Global for several years, the largest Filipino-owned BPO company, as a data analyst on journals for SPRINGER, a global publishing company. My job involves transcribing and proofreading of articles from international authors, layouting and editing using XML.
I have worked as a secretary to the district manager of an insurance company called The Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. My job involves monitoring of production and agents inventory using MS Excel, generating proposals using in-house system, making posters for promos, drives and announcements, encoding materials for training using MS Word, making presentations using MS PowerPoint and answer telephone calls.
I have experienced working in a big hardware store called Dumaguete YY Trading. My job involves receiving orders and inquiries through telephone calls, encoding receipts using in-house system, computing and issuing checks for payables.
In college, I worked part-time as an office assistant in my university. My job involves encoding of compilation documents, research papers, modules and evaluation papers for all teachers using MS Word and evaluation results using MS Excel.
