I have worked as a Customer Service Representative under the JP Morgan Chase credit card services account; as a Technical Support Agent under the Hewlett Packard account and as a Chat support representative under Linksys Account.
My latest job was an outbound sales agent and I initiate cold calls to possible prospects. With regards to social media, I have accounts in Youtube, Twitter and Facebook and they are up to date and is active. My typing ability is 52 WPM average and is improving. I am a techy person and I'm online most of the time. I do quite a lot of researching and checking out websites. I have excellent written and spoken english and I have an enthusiastic voice over the phone. In this case, I'm confident that I can handle different jobs very well.
