I have very good written and verbal communication skills.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a major in Mass Communication with units in Technical and Thesis Writing, Journalism, Visual Communication, Developmental Communication, Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations.
I have also been employed by companies whose services have been outsourced by US clients.
This has made me very fluent in the English language.
I am able to communicate via various medium and at different levels.
This enables me to convey information properly and ensure a successful communication.
I am also very proficient in utilizing the use of computers and programs associated with them.
I can easily acclimate myself to new tools or programs as well as determine the appropriate equipment needed for a job.
With these skills and the ability to learn quickly, I have acquired advanced knowledge in the ff computer programs: Microsoft Word, Book Wizard 2.0, Final Cut Pro, Live Type, Adobe Photoshop, Global Distribution Systems Worldspan, Sabre and Farelogix, and basic knowledge in the ff: Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
My employment has allowed me to work in in teams and has honed my skills in working with others, problem-solving, planning and organizing.
I enjoy sharing knowledge as much as learning new things.
I understand the importance of maximizing instructional methods and resources as well as utilizing alternative solutions or approaches to the task at hand.
