My primary responsibility is to ensure the selection of suitable candidates for various positions. This process begins with sourcing candidates from multiple platforms, including Indeed and care.com, followed by initial screenings, interviews, preliminary background checks, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed for orientation.

As a virtual assistant for an investor, one of my responsibilities involves making outbound calls to leads utilizing Mojo, specifically targeting individuals interested in selling their properties for cash at prices below market value. Additionally, I have collaborated with them on a text messaging campaign. I have gathered essential information regarding the properties to guarantee that a fair offer is extended to these prospective sellers.

I serve as a sales representative for a project-oriented third-party sales organization, representing various roofing companies. My responsibilities include contacting both commercial and residential properties to assess their roofing service requirements. Our primary objective is to schedule as many appointments as possible for roofing services, whether for repairs or complete replacements. The sales team with which I collaborate provides services to multiple roofing companies across the United States.

A Virtual Assistant for a telecommunication company. My role is more on data entry (inputting data on a spreadsheet and making sure it is updated all the time), research, organization of files, and calendar, and responding to emails. Most of the tools I used are google spreadsheets, excel files, and emails.

A dispatcher at a Canadian ride-sharing company is responsible for managing driver schedules through Tello, coordinating ride assignments via Slack, and utilizing CRM tools. Additionally, I address customer chats and inquiries through Freshdesk and Facebook.
