I am a licensed teacher(acquired through the government). I passed the LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers April of 2011)(first time taker and without attending to formal review classes). I am also a experienced call center associate, In my more than 2 years of experience in the BPO(Business Processing Outsourcing) industry I have learned a lot of things on
how this type of business works.
I both engage myself in INBOUD customer care so I know how to deliver excellent quality service to customers and I also took position being a Client interaction associate/telemarketer to one of the most prominent communications provider in Canada which is TELUS. I both handled Canadian and American clients/ accounts so i am well acquainted with their culture, beliefs and geographical locations just to name a few. I also worked with SEARS the largest shopping mall in USA taking customer service and online sales as well. I can say that I have good command of the english language as well. I had once an opportunity being promoted as a trainer for TELUS outbound but decline the offer because of the commission that I'm getting for every sale that I'm giving to the company. I am willing to expound all of these if given an opportunity to be interviewed by your good office. thanks
