Hi, I’m Eden, a Digital Marketing & Business Support Specialist.

I work with business owners and small teams who need support bringing ideas to life online whether that’s through email marketing, content, visibility support, or the day-to-day operation of the business. A lot of the people I work with already know what they want to build. What they usually need is someone who can help shape the work around that and carry it through clearly.

Before freelancing, I worked in an IT company where I handled both sales and marketing and later became part of the core decision-making team. That experience gave me a strong foundation in communication, lead generation, coordination, and managing different moving parts at once. Over time, I found myself leaning more into the creative side of the work — content, email marketing, website updates, and virtual support and that eventually led me into working more closely with business owners in a freelance setting.

Since then, I’ve supported businesses across different industries through marketing execution, business support, and the kind of work that helps things stay clear, consistent, and easier to manage. I like being clear on the goal early, working independently, and keeping communication open, so the work stays aligned and useful from start to finish.
