Profile Description

I have more than 7 years experience in customer service in various industries. I was promoted from the ranks to the supervisor level. I am confident to say I am well versed in MS Office applications and web research. As a certified trainer, I'm also equipt with the necessary coaching and organizational skills.
My first work experience as home-based freelancer was as a Research Analyst for a Hong Kong based media company. I was assigned various projects such as web research, lead generation and surveys on five
countries. All communications were done via Skype and Voip connections.
At present, I am working part time as an Online English Teacher. All classes are conducted via Skype.
I have a home office equipped with a PLDT DSL connection and I am available part time or full time as soon as needed.
