I have been into recruitment field for more than 3 years both in Local and international recruitment.
Being a recruitment specialist entails strong customer relationship and must have keen background in dealing with people very well.
I am knowledgeable with all recruitment tasks which includes sourcing, screening and selection of candidates. Planning and decision making is also one of my amendable skills as I have worked as a team leader before in a local recruitment company handling 10 staffs (within our team).
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft office applications such as word and excel.
Can definitely work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
