I've been a call center agent before for two years. We are calling Canadian people to sell magazine subscription. It is a hard selling and I have been in the account for almost one year and six months. I can also set an appointments. Outbound and inbound is applicable. and after telemarketing we are transferred to Virtual Assistant account. I handled different clients like coaches, and real estates investors,speakers or even person who belong to Guinness World of Record.. As a Virtual assistant Ive done handling their data base, responding and handling their emails, scheduling their daily works, data mining, data entry. I also know how to work with WordPress and blogspot. I also managed different Social Media accounts like Twitter Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtbe etc. Increasing Fans and likes in Facebook Fan page. Designing Fan Page or Landing Page. Increasing the followers in Twitter. Making simple videos and uploading it directly to YouTube.Making slideshows.SEO and SMM expert.
