Profile Description

Over six years of solid customer care and support which is not limited to technical and sales in nature. I got a Berlitz score of C1 and passed Versant Accent Test. I have a broad understanding of US culture especially the attitude of 'getting things done right, and getting things done now'. I had experience with financial accounts where the protecting client confidential information is the top priority as well as increasing the company sales. I also handled consumers where the goal is to resolve issues involving their IP television, high-speed internet, VOIP services, and sell additional products that can be beneficial to them. And currently working as a Level 3 Network Technician in a business/enterprise environment supporting IT analyst, business directors and clients regarding their Data or T1 services. I have a wide scope when it comes to troubleshooting telecom issues including VOIP from a customer PC/Phone issue all the way to and including network switches and routers. My proficiency includes Cisco routers, soft switches, database management, ticket systems, and other Networking related issues.
