Profile Description

I have done some article writing for private companies online. These articles range from 500-1000 words and the topics vary from health, sports, tourism, home improvements and food. I have also done article spinning, both manually and by the aid of a spinning application. These articles also passed Copyscape, which is an important requirement from the client.
I also worked in a BPO industry before as a Technical Support Consultant, and as a Business Process Specialist. As a Technical Support Consultant, i have a thorough understanding about customer service and its importance to both the company and the customer. I also have a background in sales and marketing as well. As a Business Process Specialist, I have proven that I can work with less supervision since we are a virtual team and our members are scattered globally.
