Profile Description

1. Training and Development
· Prepare Training Plan
· Coordinate with different work units for internal and external training plan and schedule
· Supervise the development, conduct and evaluation of trainings and dev’t programs
· Establish and monitor effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary
improvements
· Manage the development and regular update of the Training Curriculum
· Manage administrative requirements (i.e., venue, logistics, certificates) for training conduct
· Manage and control selection of external training (i.e., training programs, trainers)
· Administer the regular update of employee training records
· Develop trainers and monitor capabilities of trainers pool to ensure the continuous
availability of trainers
· Control training contracts
· Prepare and monitor training budget
· Develop and improve the training policy and procedures
· Conduct research on latest development which can be incorporated in Training Plan
2. Performance Management
· Ensure proper administration of performance appraisal system
· Develop and improve the performance appraisal system
3. Career Development and Management
· Design, develop and implement career development program (i.e., succession planning,
career path building, promotion, transfer, etc.) for employees in coordination with unit
heads
· Evaluate effectiveness of/ improve career development program
4. Organization Structure Development and Management
· Supervise the review, development and improvement of the organization structure of the
company in coordination with the unit heads concerned
· Manage the development and implementation of interventions in the organization’s
structure and processes (i.e., culture change programs, problem solving & analysis skills
enhancement, etc.)
5. Benefits Administration
· Assists in the implementation and review of company benefits programs
· Manages the administration of company and government benefits
6. Industrial Relations
· Manages implementation and review of company policies and procedures
· Implements disciplinary action in coordination with concerned managers
· Participates in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations
· Facilitates Labor Management Committee (LMC) meetings
· Manages
the company newsletter as Editor-in-Chief
7. Organization Development
· Assess Organizational Climate and Employee Satisfaction
· Conduct Organizational Diagnosis
· Conduct Human Resources Audit
· Analyze results of surveys and diagnosis and recommends action plan and intervention
8. Culture-building Program
· Supervise the development and implementation of programs (i.e., values-formation,
teambuilding) that promote and strengthen the company’s core values to employees
· Manage the development and implementation of sustaining activities (i.e., core values
competition, regular article in newsletter) that would make core values a way of life for
employees
· Administer incentive programs related to core values campaign
· Develop and monitor the implementation of a system that measures the culture level/
values of the company and its employees
9. Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Separation
· Supervise the development, improvement and implementation of recruitment, selection,
hiring and separation strategies, policies and procedures
· Maintain good relationship with headhunters (i.e. jobstreet, executive search, manpower
agency) for recruitment and selection requirements
10. Manpower Planning and Management
· Supervise the development and improvement of manpower planning and management
system
· Manage the planning and implementation of personnel movement in the organization (i.e.,
end of contract, extension, regularization, lateral transfer, resignation, promotion,
reclassification)
11. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and 201 File Management
· Supervise the management of HRIS/ 201 file management system
12. Employee Relation
· Organize and Facilitates Employee-Management Business Dialogues
· Organize company activities such as Christmas Party, Summer Outing, Sportsfest and
Anniversary
· Organize Company’s Annual Management’s Convention
13. Company Policy
· Develops and Revises company policies
14. Computer
·
MS Office 2000, Printshop Deluxe Ensemble, Instant Artist, Powerpoint, Statistical
Procedure for Social Science (SPSS) and Corel Draw
15. Research
·
Conducts research studies using various statistical tools
16. Corporate Communication
