Twelve years of working as a Virtual Assistant has taught me that work is most effective when you are in an environment that gives you support, clear guidelines, and realistic expectations. We have to make sure that we don't "just work" but we have to give our best to the people we work with and consider them family.

I am a conscientious, strategic, and highly organized virtual assistant - working online since 2010 when I left my job at the call center. I love what I do - a very important factor for having the stamina, consistency, and longevity that I enjoy today.
I can say my biggest strength is organizing. I love organizing anything! Events, work schedules, social media posts, SOPs, and administrative details. I love seeing things in order.
As a virtual assistant, I have also learned to be a good problem solver. I am always looking for better ways to do things.
I am also very fun to work with! I always try to have some fun in what I do. I think that is very important. Because life always needs balance.
My proper training is in real estate appraisals. I have done a good amount of work helping real estate appraisers in the US since 2013.
I have also become passionate about social media management and digital marketing and I have been a SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST for 4 years now.
