Profile Description

• Project Management Planning
• Communicate project status and disseminate project information of the client to the
stakeholders
• Review of Contracts if amendments should be made or exhibits have to be added
• Issues a client survey at the completion of each implementation to determine client
satisfaction
• Negotiate with the Client on SLAs so as to ensure the quality of deliverables are
achievable with respect to timeline and costs
• Develops and Monitors project implementation plan in accordance with the SOW to meet
customer expectation
• Update Project Management Software and distribute tasks accordingly
• P&L Management
• Client Solution and Business Development
• Coach VAs and Junior Project Managers
• On-boarding of New Clients and distribute them to their respective VAs
• Conduct Weekly Meetings with the Clients
• Present Monthly and Quarterly Business Reports
