I worked in a call center for 4 years prior to my employment as a design engineer. I was a technical support agent for a year and got promoted as network specialist, wherein we assists technical support agents via chat. As a network specialist, we need to deal with at least 3 chats, thus I learned to do multitasking and get to be focused more on whatever I am doing.
Finally, I was promoted as operations manager and serve for 2 years. I am used to attending to customer's needs, and dealing with irate customers. With my wit, I can easily pacify irate callers and at the end befriending them too. I can do multi tasking as well since I have to manage a team consisting of 15 heads. I can check the quality of the agent's works and give feedbacks as well.
