Profile Description

Currently working as a sales representative/mentor in The Results Company in Manila for 17 months. I was able to enhanced my skills in sales by providing proper delivery of the product, excellent handling objections and Q&A and with conviction.

I worked as a billing specialist/customer service representative for 2 years in Convergys Baguio. I was promoted as a mentor with the same account for 2 years. As a customer service representative, we provide excellent service for customer satisfaction by providing first call resolution, reducing customer efforts and customer education.

As a technical support representative for 20 months part of my job is to do a basic troubleshooting steps on browser and some antivirus issues. Connecting hardwired using the modem and router and wireless connection as Upgrade to see actual info addition, troubleshooting email client and webmail settings remotely.

As a Registered Nurse and a caregiver, I am well equiped in working as a General Ward Staff Nurse like providing head to toe assessment and care,giving medications, providing a holistic care to the patients, assisting doctor's rounds and carrying orders, etc..
