I am creative, hardworking, goal oriented and a team player.
I've been part of the management team of a certain BPO company for several years now and I would like to try out other things.
I want a job that will allow me to do more during my idle.
I am very professional and make sure that a task is done on time.
I used to work for an architectural company where we do CAD works.
I am knowledgeable in AUTOCAD software.
I also have sales and customer service experience.
My previous company's client was a big telephone company in the US.
We handled calls from phone installation, technical problem solving to phone bill disputes and the like.
We also do up selling and product information.
I also used to do survey calls, asking about their satisfaction of a certain product or service being sold in the US market.
As part of my previous job, I also did quality evaluation of phone calls made by our agents to the US.
Making sure that certain standards are met and satisfied.
Now, I work as an agent administrator were I oversee the agents performance and adherence to the company policies.
