I've done quite a bit in call handling experiences being a customer service representative, managing their accounts wherein we get to know their deepest concern and able to solve it on our end. I've managed to take over responsibilities forwarded to us being trusted as a supervisor and have it resolved. I've managed to handle customers dealing with their cable bills as well as handle customers having issues on their insurance company. i would like a stable job and would like to grow with the company that would hire me.
