I have been working in a call center industry for almost 8 years now. Most of my experience came from handling customers from a financial account. The longest company that I have worked with was with HSBC. I have worked for the company for 5 years. During my tenure in the company, I have been assigned as an assistant to my supervisor. I was given a task to assist my team mates when it comes to procedural knowledge and assist my supervisor with his administrative task. Such as, updating the team's attendance for payroll, evaluate calls and provides feedback to my team mates, if necessary.
I worked independently, most of the time, with less supervision. But, if I need to clarify something, I always ask.
