Profile Description

I worked for 10 years as an Assistant Operations Manager and "right hand" of the owner
in a bag manufacturing/trading company. It is a highly multi-tasking job which involves playing different roles such as manager,purchaser, marketer, HR, accountant, auditor, etc. My main skills are in product pricing, production scheduling of job orders, time and motion study, shipment logistics and so on. I travel overseas, mainly China & Hongkong to attend trade fairs, premium items' sourcing, source raw materials and suppliers for bags. In my travels to China, I was able to see different factories of bags and compare their operations to ours and we have adapted a lot of their techniques in bag-making.
