Profile Description

I've been doing a Human Resources job for more than 4 years. This is where I got my exposure and knowledge in terms or Recruitment & Staffing, Training & Development and Employee Relations. Among all the exposures that I got, I must say that my strength is in Recruitment & Staffing. This gave me a background in strategic sourcing, placement & manpower planning. Through this job, I also got to experience a little of Marketing whenever we do job ad placements, designing / production of recruitment collaterals such as flyers & posters and conducting recruitment activities. I also have a strong exposure in network / link building. I am a computer literate and I am well-versed in the use of MS Office Applications. I can also write articles.
