I've been working for the BPO industry for a total of 2yrs. Ive been able to handle US and Australian accounts from telecommunications accounts to an IP relay service which enhanced my communications and typing skills. I am a fast learner and easily adapt to changes. I believe that my greatest asset is that I am willing to learn and accept criticism or feedback in a positive manner. I see them as a challenge which encourage me to strive harder to achieve what is expected of me. I respect and follow companies policies and procedures strictly and always use my best judgement when making decisions that is out of the scope of it. I also have my own weaknesses but I make sure that it will not hinder me from executing my job efficiently.
