I've been working as a phone tech support for a contact centre for 8yrs in 3 different companies like Sykes Asia working under Palm Inc. account. My job there is to help people install there Palm device on their computer and made sure that the data is synchronize. I also make sure that our customers understand the usage and functions of the bundled applications on the device. The second contact centre that I worked with was Convergys, working for the Time Warner Cable account. My job there is to help our customers with their internet and networking problems. The last company I worked with was Lexmark International, working as a 2nd Level tech support. My job involves printer installation and troubleshooting on both Macintosh and Windows OS. I make sure that the printer is connected to a wireless network so our customers can print using wireless. I also handled escalated cases from Level 1. I have excellent English speaking and writing ability and have a good American accent.
