I have worked for 11 years in different industries.
I have a wide experience in the BPO industry since 2005. I was a Top Collections Associate for a US based 3rd Party Collections Agency (outbound/inbound) in PeopleSupport Inc. for 3 years earning Employee Excellence Award month per month. I've expanded my abilities by joining Teletech Customer Care Management Inc. as a Team Leader, piloting an Australian telecom account, servicing small business customers on billing, sales/leads, order processing, managing complaints and other inquiries.
I also have a year of work experience as a Technical assistant under the Business Development Office where I lead projects/events for a University. I prepared business proposals, set appointments, wrote minutes of board meetings, scout for suppliers/contractors, etc.
