Profile Description

I do have the knowledge using a web based customer service software such as Parature and IF. Parature is the software that we used to communicate with our customers via email.
Providing support via email and chat at the same time is one of my advantage in assisting our
customers needs.
I also do have the knowledge in using a CRM. Using CRM is of of the easiest way for us to locate our customers files. In the event that they follow up a certain concern we could pull up their issue right away and provide the previous solution that we have provided.
