I have been working in the call center industry for almost 2 years now. My first year was with Teletech Co.,as a Technical Support Representative which required troubleshooting internet connectivity difficulties. I spent 6 months as a Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance. The account dealt with hotel accommodations, airline ticket and rental car reservations. Presently, I'm working as a transcriptionist in Convergys Inc. we are tasked to take in calls from medical professionals and pharmacists alike and transcribe their orders/prescription. I'm familiar with Ms word, Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint. Throughout my 2 year experience, it has led me to improve my verbal and written english skills as well as enhance my typing prowess. I also am familiar w/ navigating through the web for research purposes.
