I am competent enough when it comes with technology. I started with being an onsite technician and then a Phone – Computer tech support, customer service and then a mix of a tech plus bookkeeping phone support (QuickBooks).
I’ve been with a company where we provide help for setting up networking devices (SOHO) such as routers, switches, LAN cards etc. at the same time provide them as well with computer support when needed. I worked with one of the ISP company and we troubleshoot Internet issues and cable TV connections and at the same time recommend things that they need or as what we call it these days UPSELL. I also worked with a catalogue ordering company, we process their orders and we sell products to them as well and lastly my present job is providing support with how to use a bookkeeping program.
All of the jobs mentioned required utmost customer service and technical support skills and I can vouch that I have those skills.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
