I've been in the IT and software development industry for nearly 14 years, with combined experience in performing Project Manager, Product Owner, and Software Tester/QA and working with Agile/Scrum development teams. I have designed and documented product specifications, managed development teams, backlogs, and sprints, and written test cases and performed testing for 1000+ features/products (both for new ones and for their evolution).
For the last two years, I've also been an AI automation specialist and GoHighLevel virtual assistant. I have helped multiple businesses with their workflows, automations, CRM, lead generation, and processes. I have imrpoved funnel landing pages for fitness coaches, service-based business owners, and realtors. I have also helped manage social media accounts.
