Profile Description

I worked for a call center for two years where I supported networking devices and internet connection. I am very comfortable with multi-tasking such as talking, thinking and typing at the the same time as this is one of the main requirements for my previous job. I know how to use Microsoft office such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I also know how to use Google Drive.
I know how to use my resources well and I am also good at figuring things out on my own since a supervisor is not usually available to help you on a call center environment. I am not comfortable with leaving a task undone and I also make sure to pay attention to details.
I have taken the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam with a bandscore of 8.0 which qualifies me to work in major English-speaking countries like USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
I have years of experience working on article submission, forum and blog posting, directory submission, researching, affiliate marketing, Amazon selling, email handling and customer service. I can also create simple videos using Animoto.
