I'm knowledgeable and knows how to operate the computer but would get lost in the technical talk and jargon. My speaking and writing skills are excellent being a Journalism graduate and also with my six years background in the call center industry. When I was a customer service agent my programs were with Black and Decker, Sony, Chevron and GMAC Mortgage. I was forst first batch in Chevron and GMAC Mortgage so it only proves that I'm always part of the best agents being always the first to be trained on a new program. Chevron and GMAC Mortgage are both financial accounts where a lot of problem-solving skills are used.
