Profile Description

My first job experience was a travel representative for CheapTickets and Orbitz. I gave overall assistance to customers' flight, car, hotel, and package reservations. Overall consists of billing, refunding, booking, re-connecting flights, handling disputes, faxing of itinerary, and providing general information about the reservation.
Then, I got to work for a marketing company. I did surveys via live telephony. I called up households and conducted surveys ranging from politics to funerals.
Finally, I got to work as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate software. I was a Tech Support for the software. I figured out what causes the glitches ( I don't necessarily do programming, just basically figuring things out for the customers ), forwarded issues to programmers, gave walk-through-calls for new customers, and answered questions about the software. Aside from providing assistance thru phone I also answered email and ticket inquiries.
I also did postings and social media handling for them. I posted ads in sites like Craigslist, Backpage, etc.
