I've been working in the BPO industry for more than 5 years now, mainly as an agent but 2 years of which was spent as a Quality Analyst with my previous employer. As a Quality Analyst, I screen calls, making sure that the agents are adhering to the Client's expectations in terms of their policies and procedures and are communicating with their customers in good English. This means that they must always be gramatically correct and at least have the proper pronunciation and enunciation of words which is also part of what I look at as their Analyst.
