I have been working as an online sales and customer representative for more than 1 year. I have performed task like answering inbound and placing outbound calls. I have served different customers from US, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and India. I have provided customer support from answering inquiries about the client’s products and services to providing level 1 technical support.

I have worked as Appointment Setter as well for an advertising company based in California USA.I have scheduled meetings with the sales manager and future clients for a possible sale.
